Full English Breakfast is served in our spacious
dining room. Vegetarian Meals are available
and we are always happy to cater for special
diets or provide packed lunches, subject to
prior notice being given.

each room having its own individual character.
Every room has a generous courtesy tray

Gateway to Exmoor
Why not make Minehead your base to visit
some of the many places of beauty and interest
found in this part of the West Country.
There really is so much choice, for young
and old alike. Deer stalking with a National
Park ranger on Exmoor. The rare chance to
see live wild badgers close up, at Devon
Badger Watch. Hundreds of walks along coastal
footpaths and deep wooded valleys, and for
the railway enthusiast there’s plenty
too.
We
are very fortunate to have excellent live
entertainment, all year round, at The Regal
Theatre, here in Minehead. The wonderful paddle
steamer “Waverley” and motor vessel
“Balmoral” call here regularly
offering seasonal trips along the beautiful
Somerset and North Devon coastline, visiting
both Ilfracombe and Lundy Island. Local coach
trips are also available and some of these
are made in vintage coaches offering a reminder
of a bygone era. You may of course prefer
to just stay here in this lovely seaside town
and enjoy the beauty of Minehead itself.

Bed & Breakfast
- £27 per night per person for the first
night
£26 per night per person for subsequent
nights.
Bed & Breakfast - £171 per week per
person
A supplement of £10
per night will be charged for a single person
using a double/twin room.
Children under 14 sharing a room with parents
at reduced rates. A £10 deposit per room
must be received within 7 days of the booking
made
Terms
Deposits
We normally require a deposit which will be the
cost of one night's stay. Guests whose room reservation
is confirmed, whether in writing, by e-mail or
telephone, have made a contract with Sunfield to
take up the accommodation reserved for them, whether
or not a deposit has been made prior to the reservation
date.
Cancellations
Guests who are unable to take up the accommodation
for whatever reason should contact Sunfield at
the earlist opportunity to cancel their reservation.
Refunds
Provided sufficient notice has been given and the
accommodation can be re-let, then at the discretion
of Sunfield a deposit already made may be refunded,
less any costs. If this is not possible, then a
booking cancellation fee of two-thirds the cost
of the booking may be charged.
Guests who do not take up the accommodation prepared
for them at Sunfield and who do not contact Sunfield
in advance to cancel the booking or to explain
their absence, will be considered liable for the
full amount of the reservation made.
Insuring yourself & your
holiday with us
Having had a number of bookings at Sunfield unfortunately
cancelled through ill-health and other events,
we recommend that you cover yourself through insurance.
We offer the low cost UK Holiday insurance "Guest
First". This insurance covers your cancellation
costs, but can also cover unforseen events that
might occur whilst you are on holiday. Please ask
us to include a proposal form when we send you
a receipt or confirmation for your booking.
